Lillian Shepherd Memorial Award for Excellence in Illustration
To be considered, the children's book illustrator must be a native of or currently residing in Atlantic Canada OR have illustrated a children's book set in Atlantic Canada. The 2011 award is for a book published in 2010.
A call for submissions is issued in October with a deadline of mid-December. To submit a book please send 5 copies to Carolyn Guy, 94 Tideview Dr, Lower Truro, NS, B6L 1V1. Please include a cheque for $10 per submission payable to the Atlantic Publisher's Representatives Association.
The Lillian Shepherd Award is sponsored by the Atlantic Provinces Publishers' Representatives and the Atlantic Independent Booksellers Association.
